MCC Foundation accepting scholarship applications for 2024-25 academic year

The McLennan Community College Foundation will accept applications May 1 through midnight May 15 for the 2024-25 academic year scholarships at https://mclennan.awardspring.com/. Applicants must have an MCC-issued student ID and email address to apply.

The MCC Foundation manages more than 400 scholarship funds and makes awards based on merit, need, academic major, high school, employer, and many more criteria. The Foundation awarded $712,750 in student scholarships for the 2023-24 academic year. Students who have already received an MCC Foundation scholarship for 2024-25 are not eligible for additional funds, but those who were not selected may reapply.

“Putting college opportunity within reach of area students is our mission at the MCC Foundation,” said Wes Livesay, Executive Director. “Thanks to the incredible generosity of community donors, we have been able to increase the number and amounts of awards we are able to make, and we encourage anyone who is thinking about attending college at MCC to apply.”
